My client is a high-performing, national advisory firm which is seeking a commercially minded, technically strong Valuation Manager to join its expanding Corporate Finance team in London. What You’ll Do

  • Lead detailed financial analysis and build robust valuation models for transactions, disputes, restructuring, and portfolio reviews
  • Conduct market, industry, and competitor research to inform valuation conclusions
  • Engage directly with clients and key stakeholders to gather insights and present findings
  • Produce clear, concise, and impactful client reports and presentations
  • Develop and nurture strong client relationships and cross-functional internal partnerships
  • Mentor and coach junior team members to enhance technical capability and professional growth
  • Support business development initiatives, with a focus on SME and small-cap markets

What We’re Looking For

  • 5+ years' experience in valuations or a related discipline (exceptional candidates with 4+ years will be considered)
  • ACA qualified (minimum 2 years PQE, ideally 3+), or CFA
  • Background in Corporate Finance, Transaction Services, Deal Advisory, or Restructuring
  • Strong expertise across valuation methodologies (DCF, comparable companies, precedent transactions, Black-Scholes, Monte Carlo)
  • Advanced financial modelling and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication and report writing abilities; highly detail-oriented
  • Proactive, commercial mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
