What You’ll Do
- Lead detailed financial analysis and build robust valuation models for transactions, disputes, restructuring, and portfolio reviews
- Conduct market, industry, and competitor research to inform valuation conclusions
- Engage directly with clients and key stakeholders to gather insights and present findings
- Produce clear, concise, and impactful client reports and presentations
- Develop and nurture strong client relationships and cross-functional internal partnerships
- Mentor and coach junior team members to enhance technical capability and professional growth
- Support business development initiatives, with a focus on SME and small-cap markets

What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years\’ experience in valuations or a related discipline (exceptional candidates with 4+ years will be considered)
- ACA qualified (minimum 2 years PQE, ideally 3+), or CFA
- Background in Corporate Finance, Transaction Services, Deal Advisory, or Restructuring
- Strong expertise across valuation methodologies (DCF, comparable companies, precedent transactions, Black-Scholes, Monte Carlo)
- Advanced financial modelling and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and report writing abilities; highly detail-oriented
- Proactive, commercial mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
