To ensure quality service, we hire highly qualified and experienced Childcare Supervisors to oversee our childcare facilities within our clubs.
The Childcare Supervisor will be responsible for managing a team of childcare providers, ensuring the safety and well-being of the children, and maintaining a positive, nurturing environment across all our clubs.
Being a Virgin Active Childcare Supervisor
- Oversee the daily operations of the childcare facility, ensuring all staff perform their duties effectively and efficiently.
- Manage a team, including hiring, training, and scheduling shifts.
- Monitor and maintain a clean, organized facility, including classroom materials and equipment.
- Ensure compliance with all licensing and regulatory requirements.
- Demonstrate excellent attention to detail—nothing escapes your notice!
- Communicate effectively and support staff and members, building strong relationships with parents and caregivers.
Qualifications
- Minimum Level 3 qualification in a child-related field, along with previous experience working with children. (Note: Health and Social Care qualifications do not meet this requirement.)
