The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all pitches are marked to the highest standards and maintained in optimal condition for training and matchday use. Key Duties/Accountabilities Pitch Markings: Ensure all pitch markings are accurate, clear, and compliant with relevant regulations for matches and training sessions. Grounds Maintenance: Oversee the upkeep of all turf areas, including mowing, aeration, fertilization, irrigation, and pest control. Team Leadership: Manage and supervise a team of grounds staff, including scheduling, training, and performance management. Equipment Management: Maintain and operate groundskeeping equipment safely and efficiently; ensure all tools are serviced and stored properly. Weather Monitoring: Monitor weather conditions and adjust maintenance schedules accordingly to protect pitch quality. Health & Safety: Ensure all work is carried out in accordance with health and safety regulations and club policies.
