1st Line Service Desk Engineer – Manchester (Hybrid) | £22,000–£27,000 + Benefits

We\’re hiring a 1st Line Service Desk Engineer to join a growing, people-first Managed Service Provider with a passion for technical excellence and personal development.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Delivering friendly, professional 1st line support to a diverse client base
  • Troubleshooting hardware/software issues via phone, email & ticketing systems
  • Logging and managing tickets in Autotask (or similar ITSM tools)
  • Escalating complex issues to 2nd line with clear documentation
  • Supporting Microsoft 365, Teams, Windows, Office, Active Directory & networking

What We’re Looking For:

  • 6+ months\’ IT support experience (MSP background a big plus)
  • Solid knowledge of Windows OS, M365, Teams, AD, basic networking (TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, VLANs)
  • Great communicator, team player, calm under pressure
  • Motivated, keen to learn, and grow in a fast-paced IT environment
