We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Entry-Level ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) Consultant to join our team. This role offers a fantastic opportunity for a recent graduate to begin a career in ESG consulting, supporting our clients in developing and implementing responsible, sustainable practices across their business operations.
As an Entry-Level ESG Consultant, you will assist senior consultants in assessing clients’ ESG strategies, helping companies align with best practices and meet regulatory requirements. You will gain hands-on experience in sustainable business practices, data analysis, and reporting within a fast-evolving sector, working with both public and private sector clients.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist in conducting ESG assessments, analysing clients’ current sustainability practices, and identifying areas for improvement.
- Support senior consultants in developing tailored ESG strategies that align with clients’ goals and regulatory requirements.
- Collect, organise, and analyse ESG data to prepare clear, accurate reports and presentations.
- Conduct research on industry-specific ESG trends, regulations, and best practices to inform client recommendations.
- Help clients comply with relevant ESG reporting standards, such as the TCFD (Task Force on Climate-related Financial Disclosures) and SASB (Sustainability Accounting Standards Board).
- Participate in client meetings, documenting discussions and action points for project continuity.
- Collaborate with internal teams to support the development of sustainable policies and solutions for our clients.
- Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Business, Economics, Sustainability, or a related field.
- Strong interest in ESG, sustainability, and corporate responsibility.
- Basic understanding of ESG concepts, reporting frameworks, and regulatory requirements (experience with frameworks like GRI, SASB, or TCFD is a plus).
- Excellent research and analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.
- ESG Advisor Certificate.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to present complex data in a clear, concise manner.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); familiarity with data analysis tools is advantageous.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
