Description Summary: Performs complex assembly operations by assembling parts and subassemblies.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Mechanical and technical skills
- Dexterity and hand-eye coordination
- Attention to detail
- Ability to read and follow technical instructions, interpret engineering blueprints and technical terms
- Working collaboratively with other members of the assembly line team
- Meeting production targets and deadlines
- Discern quality of parts and materials used in production
- Inventory parts and tools used in the assembling process
- Follow company procedures and directives
- Test finished products for defects
- Maintain the tools used to create products
- Keep a clean and well-maintained workspace
- Basic computer skills to scan in and out of routers and printing required documentation
- Good communication skills
- Ability to be flexible and willingness to interdepartmental cross train as workload requires
- Resolves routine questions and problems and refers more complex issues to higher levels
Education and Experience:
- High School w/6+ years’ experience or AA/AS/Technical School w/3-6 years’ experience
Physical demands and abilities:
- Able to lift up to 35 pounds
- Regularly perform repetitive tasks
- Able to stand for entire shift
- Regularly possesses manual dexterity to put parts or pieces together quickly and accurately
- Specific vision abilities required include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus

- Must be able to communicate effectively with co-workers, supervisors, and third parties. This ability to communicate requires the employee to be conversant in English as the majority of our workforce and the third parties that we encounter only speak English
