Oracle Fusion Trainer, Hybrid, £450 - £500 p/d outside IR35 (dependent on experience). We are seeking Oracle Trainers to join an exciting client's team on a temporary basis for a 6-month contract. You will be working as part of the Oracle Programme and will be responsible for developing/designing learning materials to support the roll-out of the Oracle Fusion Platform.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver training to end users, including demonstrations.
  • Developing the training curriculum; course materials, exercises, guides, scripts for learning videos.
  • Develop comprehensive slide decks, lesson plans, and exercises for both in-person and virtual training sessions.
  • Create concise, step-by-step guides covering key processes and common user actions in Oracle Finance, Procurement, and HCM.
  • Produce detailed documentation explaining system functionalities, workflows, and troubleshooting steps.
  • Design interactive eLearning courses incorporating quizzes, simulations, and scenario-based learning for self-paced training.
  • Develop short, focused video tutorials demonstrating system navigation, transactions, and best practices.
  • Configure in-system, Real Time guidance using Oracle Guided Learning to assist users in completing tasks directly within the application.

Essential Skills Required:

  • Experience with multiple Oracle projects.
  • Experience with at least two of Oracle Financials, Oracle Procurement, and Oracle HCM (HCM experience must extend beyond Employee and Manager Self Service).
  • Understanding of user adoption challenges and ability to support change initiatives.
  • Experience in training needs analysis, content creation, delivery, and post-training support.
  • Hands-on System Demonstrations - Ability to provide live demonstrations and answer user queries in Real Time.
