Are you the visionary Chief Executive Officer we are looking for? Could you guide our ’80-years-young’ – world renowned organisation into its next chapter? We are seeking a commercially savvy and energetic individual, with the entrepreneurial fire to build on our legacy and shape our future.

Bristol Old Vic Theatre School needs to step into a new era of growth and innovation; utilising a new vision and strategy that will overcome the current funding and wider Higher-Education and Arts sector challenges.

We’re looking for someone with a unique set of skills:

  • You’ll need to have a proven track record of securing funding for similar charities and organisations, across all available platforms.
  • Have experience and understanding of the charity sector, with particular relevance to the arts world.
  • Be knowledgeable about the higher-education landscape and challenges.
