The predicted salary is between 30000 - 42000 £ per year.

32 Hours per week (Tues to Fri 7am – 9am and Mon to Thurs 3pm – 9pm)

Term Time Only plus 2 Weeks (41 Weeks per year)

We are currently seeking to appoint an enthusiastic, proactive and hard-working Residential Team Leader to manage and supervise staff within our residential provision. As the Team Leader, you will play a vital role in the leadership and organisation of the team on the floor; enabling them to provide the best experience for the children and young people they are responsible for.

The postholder will also have experience of coordinating and managing shifts within a residential or similar setting and possesses previous experience working with Children and Young People. Our ideal candidate will be experienced in working within children’s residential care, have a good understanding of the needs and risks regarding children in a residential setting, and an ability to build positive relationships with young people and staff. Experience of taking on leadership responsibilities in a similar setting would also be an advantage.

Candidates must possess a Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (or equivalent qualification) or be willing to undertake the qualification.
