Our services vary from individual permanent or contract hires to the deployment of high-performing project teams, and from executive search to fully outsourced recruitment solutions.
As a key member of the Executive Team, we are looking for an exceptional leader as Group Information and Technology Director. You will be accountable for all technology and information management activities for the Group spanning multiple companies and countries, delivering a diverse suite of recruitment solutions.
This role is wide-ranging, shaping vision and driving both its delivery and adoption across strategy, IT delivery, data, client-facing applications, client reporting, technology change, and security. This will ensure the group can deliver against strategic objectives, customer expectations, legal and quality requirements through internal and client technology initiatives.
This opportunity will suit a hands-on, yet strategic technology leader, who is accomplished in enabling business success with a well-aligned and adopted technology strategy. Proven leadership skills are important with the technology team, across all internal stakeholders, with Executive team colleagues, and third-party partners.
The ability to balance the often competing challenges of future vision, road map delivery, and day-to-day operations is an important trait within this fast-paced and fluid professional services business. Data strategy and its successful execution is a key focus for the organisation, ensuring strong governance and integrity while providing new business capability and opportunity.
