Graduate Salary up to £35,000 (+ bonus = £50,000 Graduate OTE)

My client is a boutique hybrid recruitment & executive search firm with a 30-year history, specialising in high-level placements in financial services and technology, particularly within hedge funds, asset management, and private equity. They are looking for a graduate executive search consultant, with a passion for finance, to join the team and enter into their graduate training programme!

Operating out of London, New York, and Singapore and covering a global market, their model focuses on retained executive search for senior management roles, often at the C-suite level. You will be joining an exceptionally high performing team, with several multi-million-dollar billers. A comprehensive training programme will be provided by experienced consultants, to help develop you from graduate search consultant, all the way to a market leading specialist!

Requirements:

  • 2.1 Class Bachelor's degree from Top 50 University
  • Strong A-levels / previous education history
  • Commercial experience desirable (internship experience considered relevant)
  • Proven ability to effectively research complex topics
  • Articulate communication and fluent spoken English
  • Experience conversing & working with senior stakeholders
