Paul Davis Restoration, Inc. is a national franchise organization that provides property damage emergency services, restoration, and reconstruction services for residential and commercial properties due to water, fire, mold, storm and other disasters. The Paul Davis Network is made up of more than 340 franchises and Company Owned Operations across the US and Canada. Since 1966, we have helped more than 2 million property owners restore their properties and lives. We are the largest Paul Davis franchise in New England and one of the largest restoration companies in the region by sales. We have 3 offices serving Boston Metro, New Hampshire and Rhode Island. Position Overview Paul Davis New England is seeking a Sales and Marketing Manager to drive growth initiatives and enhance our Commercial Sales efforts. This dynamic role requires a blend of creativity, operational focus, attention to detail, and data-driven decision-making. The Sales and Marketing Manager will support our Business Development Managers and leadership team while playing a hands-on role in shaping customer engagement strategies, marketing execution, and data management. This position reports directly to the Sales Leader and works collaboratively with the sales team. Schedule Flexible Full-Time schedule, In office and/or remote. May be required to work outside of work hours including weekends. Key Responsibilities Collateral Development Develop and update marketing materials, including success stories, event promotions, and summaries. Develop collateral to highlight our unique selling proposition for different verticals. Customer/Prospect Communication Create and implement ongoing communication plans for current and prospective clients. Manage LinkedIn presence and other relevant social platforms to enhance brand awareness. Draft and execute targeted email campaigns, identifying key audiences through CRM and prospecting tools. Align messaging and outreach strategies with sales goals through close collaboration with the sales team. Sales Events and Activities Management Create and maintain a detailed calendar of all sales events and activities. Organize formal (e.g., trainings, educational seminars) and informal events (e.g. happy hours or get-togethers) for prospective clients in coordination with the sales reps. Coordinate logistics for events, including setup, teardown, and on-site support. Attend events to oversee company activities and ensure smooth execution. Commercial Project Monitoring Track the execution of sold commercial projects, providing regular updates to the sales team and leadership. Identify and address issues impacting project progress. Support weekly customer updates to maintain transparency and trust. Data Management Support Conduct daily audits of CRM data to ensure accuracy and completeness. Identify and resolve any issues or discrepancies in the CRM system promptly. Use GIS, ALN, ZoomInfo, etc. to identify target commercial clients and add them to the CRM. Use LinkedIn and web search techniques to research commercial clients and provide deeper organizational insights. Sales Data Reporting Compile and analyze weekly sales data. Prepare concise and informative summaries for the sales team and leadership. Present findings during regular sales meetings. Administrative Order business cards. Order PD apparel. Prepare press releases. Other tasks tangential to sales and marketing. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred). Proven experience in sales support, marketing coordination, or similar administrative roles. Strong knowledge of CRM systems and data analysis tools. Excellent organizational and time-management skills. Superior written and verbal communication abilities. Ability to thrive both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
