Job Description Heathrow has recently undergone a major implementation of cloud-based Fusion ERP and HCM systems and is progressing the implementation of advanced analytics and reporting using Fusion Data Intelligence and Oracle Cloud ADW database. We are looking for an experienced Developer to support the delivery of this greenfield project where we are implementing the latest Oracle cloud tools and technology to utilise cutting edge BI techniques including advanced data-warehousing, analytics, AI and Machine Learning. We are looking for a data-warehouse / analytics developer with a good track record of understanding both functional and technical requirements along with a strong technical knowledge of data-warehousing techniques, SQL, data integrations and analytics tools. Ideally the candidate will also have Oracle Fusion reporting experience in either ERP and/or HCM. This role is a great opportunity to contribute to a new team, enhance your skills, and be part of building a top-tier analytics and reporting function within a globally recognised brand. Please note this role could be based in London or Glasgow. Your role will involve Designing and delivering impactful Business Intelligence solutions using Oracle BI tools (e.g., Fusion Data Intelligence, OBIEE, OAC etc) that drive data-informed decision making. Crafting clear, compelling dashboards and data visualisations that tell the story behind the numbers, helping stakeholders uncover trends, patterns, and actionable insights. Partnering with business users to understand their goals and transforming raw data into meaningful narratives that support strategic and operational priorities. Developing and maintaining scalable data models and data warehouse solutions within Oracle environments to ensure robust, reliable access to high-quality data. Championing the use of data storytelling techniques to communicate complex analytics in a way that is accessible, relevant, and engaging for a non-technical audience. Ensuring data consistency, integrity, and security across BI solutions, with a focus on delivering trustworthy and timely insights. Continuously iterating and improving BI tools, reports, and processes based on user feedback and evolving business needs. Staying current with developments in Oracle BI technology and best practices in data storytelling, visualisation, and analytics. These Skills Are Essential Strong track record of delivery within data-warehouse and analytics projects using Oracle toolsets. Knowledge of Oracle OAC/FDI preferred, but any data visualisation experience (Power BI, Tableau etc) would be considered. Evidence of good stakeholder management. Comfortable managing and delivering multiple priorities at once. Strong knowledge of SQL. Any knowledge of Machine Learning or AI techniques would be an advantage. Working location Your contractual place of work will either be the Heathrow Business Services Centre in Glasgow, or Heathrow in London so you\’ll need to be based in the UK and within a commutable distance to work.
