We are partnering with a high growth D2C scale-up in West Yorkshire who are in their search for a PPC Manager. They are looking for a skilled & data-driven paid media specialist to support the Head of Performance Marketing in expanding digital reach. This is an amazing opportunity to play a key role in a truly innovative environment, joining a forward-thinking team dedicated to creativity and continuous improvement. The successful candidate will partner with the wider team, sharing ownership of paid search and paid shopping/pmax initiatives to drive customer acquisition, revenue growth, and ROI. They will focus on optimising campaigns and supporting growth objectives through data-driven decisions and best practices in PPC management. Key Responsibilities: Management of paid search and paid shopping/pmax campaigns, including planning, execution, optimisation and reporting across key platforms: Google Ads and Microsoft Ads. Work alongside the PPC Manager to use data analysis and performance metrics to fine-tune campaigns, including bid adjustments, keyword expansion, ad copy testing and audience targeting for maximum ROI. Support PPC budget management ensuring efficient allocation and daily monitoring. Identify and test new PPC opportunities, formats, and strategies to maintain competitive advantage in a dynamic digital landscape. Contribute to regular performance reporting, analysing metrics and offering actionable insights to the wider team and business.
