Working week: 45 hours per week
Advertised salary is not inclusive of a variable TRONC service charge allocation which will be paid on top of the advertised salary which will be approximately £9,500 per annum, bringing total earnings to approximately £41,500 per year.

As the Restaurant Manager, you will enhance the customer experience through the strong leadership and coaching of the restaurant team, supporting them to deliver a lasting impression to every customer. Whilst developing your team and sharing your passion and knowledge for all things food and service, you will also ensure the smooth running of the full restaurant operation, ensuring targets are achieved or exceeded and delivered on time.
