  • Ensuring optimal allocation and utilisation of resources across the portfolio, including developing strategies for resource planning and management to support programme and project delivery.
  • Monitoring and reporting on the performance of programmes and projects within the portfolio, identifying areas for improvement including using AI and Power BI as tools to help predict, prioritise, automate and convert raw data into visually engaging material.

Your profile:

  • Extensive experience in portfolio management, programme management, and project management.
  • Demonstrable experience of overseeing complex projects and programmes to a high standard, including taking accountability for planning, structuring, leading and execution.
  • Able to utilise a range of methodologies to ensure EMCCA delivers the best results.
