We are seeking a Business Analyst with expertise in private equity/private markets, focusing on front office implementation. The ideal candidate will drive the design, optimization, and implementation of deal and investment management workflows, pre- and post-deal compliance, and investment vehicle structure setup. Candidates with middle office experience in supporting deal execution and compliance are also encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with front office teams to understand and document business requirements for deal origination, execution, and investment management workflows.
- Design and implement solutions for portfolio management processes, including risk, analytics, performance, and attribution reporting specific to private equity and alternative investments.
- Lead the setup and ongoing optimization of investment vehicle structures, ensuring operational readiness for new funds and investments.
- Oversee and coordinate pre- and post-deal compliance processes, including regulatory checks, KYC, and documentation.
- Support the development and standardization of workflows and analytics for various asset classes, with a focus on private markets.
- Partner with technology, legal, and compliance teams to ensure seamless integration of front office solutions and adherence to regulatory requirements.
- Conduct impact and gap analyses, develop functional specifications, and coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT) for new tools and process enhancements.
- Provide ongoing training and support to end users on implemented systems and workflows.
