Yes, we’re super passionate about our customers and their pets, but that dedication extends to the incredible people we work with As our E-commerce product photographer, you’ll be responsible for capturing high-quality images of our own brand and supplier products with the aim to elevate our brand quality across online channels and drive sales. To be successful in this role, you should have an in-depth understanding of e-com and product photography and the ability to accurately capture the unique features and styles of our products, while maintaining consistency with our overall brand. You’ll also be responsible for assisting with samples and inventory management, ensuring that the products needed for photography are readily available and organised for your tasks. In addition, you will help with product deliveries, supporting smooth workflows across the team, imagery coordination and basic retouching. Key Responsibilities Photography Work closely with the wider marketing team and other stakeholders, to understand project goals and align your photography accordingly. Photograph high quality images for e-commerce platforms across a wide range of products in our in-house studio, including setup, styling, lighting, and post-production. Ensure that each image highlights the unique features and styles of our products, maintaining consistency with brand. Whilst the role is mainly e-commerce photography, there may also be other ad hoc shoots to support. Collaborate with the creative team to understand and execute brand guidelines and visual storytelling. Support product styling as needed to ensure visual consistency and quality. Post-production Conduct post-production work which may include image retouching, colour correction, resizing and image coordination. Edit and resize product images to meet the specifications required for online and offline use and the needs of our stakeholders. Your keen eye for detail will ensure that every image is polished and ready for release. Logistics & Coordination Order and manage backdrops and any necessary photography equipment. Maintain and organise photography equipment, props, and studio space. Assist in managing stock and inventory for photography, ensuring items are accounted for, organized, and accessible. Help with deliveries of products and props for photoshoots, ensuring items are available on time Delivery Ensure timely delivery of images for product listings and campaigns Deliver and help to maintain an organised digital library of all images, ensuring easy access and categorisation for future use. This includes properly labelling files and archiving completed projects in our DAM system. Manage time effectively to meet project deadlines, ensuring all deliverables are completed promptly while maintaining high-quality standards. About You 2 + years of photography experience, ideally in e-commerce or product photography Proficiency in Capture One and Adobe Photoshop; knowledge of other editing software is a plus Basic understanding of lighting and composition in a studio setting. Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for product styling. Ability to work under deadlines while maintaining high standards. A portfolio showcasing relevant photography work (e.g., product). Organised and proactive, with a willingness to assist with stock management and deliveries. Strong collaborative tendencies: open to feedback, welcome other perspectives.
