Job Overview You will be responsible for overseeing complex project delivery led by the EMEA PPG Software Development & Support Team for our EMEA Payer, Provider, and Government clients, ensuring post go-live/BAU support is in place. Assist in creating and validating project scopes, plans, and schedules for complex projects; help define metrics for project success; and select and apply standards (e.g., delivery process, roles and responsibilities, operational norms, compliance). Identify risks to program success and recommend mitigation plans to management. Manage project delivery process, scope, and costs of complex product development projects with limited supervision; drive project completion and mentor team members. Establish relationships with stakeholders to build support and ensure alignment for project outcomes. Drive change by identifying impacts, building awareness and support for change, and contributing to training development. Evaluate project results against success metrics; improve processes and resources to enhance productivity and end product. Lead a cross-functional team, including direct reports and peers, across a portfolio of services. Adopt and promote a continuous improvement culture within Delivery Teams. Share subject matter expertise to enhance capabilities for delivering world-class solutions. Qualifications: Industry-recognized qualifications (preferred). Proven track record in healthcare software deployment project management. Advanced education and experience in project management. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to deliver results within quality and timeline metrics. Good teamwork skills and judgment. Ability to work independently. Strong software skills, including MS Office. Ability to maintain effective working relationships with coworkers, managers, and clients. This role is not eligible for UK visa sponsorship.
