We are ready to hire a number of Assistant Project Managers to join our growing Environmental Project Management team. You will play a key role in multi-disciplinary environmental projects, supporting the Project Manager and Technical Lead to deliver projects safely, on time, and within budget. You will work on a diverse range of environmentally focused projects across the UK in both the public and private sectors. Our clients include High Speed 2, Homes England, UK Defence, Heathrow, Bristol Airport, Flotation Energy, Rampion Wind Farm, Orsted Hornsea Three Wind Farm, Grid, and EDF Energy, among others. Your Role You will: Support the development of project proposals, including determining project requirements, scope, resources, programme, and cost estimates. Assist in developing project management documentation such as plans, cost estimates, risk registers, schedules, and stakeholder registers. Coordinate the monitoring and updating of project schedules and milestones. Prepare health and safety information for site visits and seek necessary internal approvals. Schedule meetings, take minutes, and track actions. Manage information via industry-standard Common Data Environments like SharePoint and ProjectWise. Work with multi-disciplinary environmental project teams consisting of technical staff and suppliers. Assist in administering supplier contracts.
