The Supplier Relations Specialist is responsible for calling to obtain accounts receivable statements from our clients\’ suppliers that reflect up-to-date account transactions. This role is vital for communication and relationship building with suppliers, capturing outstanding transactions not yet processed by our client. Location is remote within the United Kingdom ; German fluency (written and verbal) is required. The Work Responsibilities include: Calling suppliers to obtain accounts receivable statements using Auto-dialer technology. Managing inbound and outbound calls and emails with suppliers. Validating existing supplier contacts and sourcing new contacts to grow the supplier database. Researching and locating updated contact information for suppliers with incomplete details. Delivering received supplier responses promptly to the Account Review Team. Using UiPath bot application to send on-demand emails. Following up consistently until statements are received, at least every five business days or until satisfactory responses are obtained. Completing projects ahead of deadlines and re-contacting suppliers for updated statements when necessary. Documenting all communications in the database for real-time updates. Achieving Targets Set weekly and monthly individual targets for: Calls Exports Recoveries Targets are set monthly by management. Maintain high-quality notes and track communications effectively. Key Skills and Attributes Works efficiently and independently. Focuses on tasks and completes them proactively. Communicates effectively with management about potential issues. Handles conflicts constructively and reliably. Must-Haves Fluency in German (written and verbal). At least 2 years of customer service, accounting, or business-related experience. Experience contacting suppliers or customers via email and phone. Associate’s degree in accounting, business administration, or equivalent; bachelor’s preferred. Ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment and pay close attention to detail. Strong teamwork and communication skills. Ability to read and understand various account statements.
