Project Manager – Solar PV Location: Tonbridge – Hybrid Salary: £40,000 – £60,000 MDE is assisting a long-standing client in their search for a proactive and results-driven Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of solar energy projects in both residential and commercial settings. From initial client engagement to project completion, you\’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring smooth execution and maintaining high standards of quality and customer satisfaction. We welcome applications from both office-based coordinator project managers and site-based construction project managers! Responsibilities: Manage the full lifecycle of solar PV projects, from planning and execution to final handover. Collaborate with internal teams, clients, suppliers, and contractors to ensure alignment and seamless delivery. Plan and allocate resources effectively while tracking budgets to maintain financial and operational efficiency. Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate project risks to ensure smooth progress.
