You will deliver high-impact, data-driven marketing initiatives that effectively resonate with regional audiences and support business objectives.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Go-to-Market (GTM) Strategy & Planning: Develop and lead comprehensive GTM strategies aligned with business goals and sales targets across global markets (UK, Germany, France, Italy, and Spain).
  • Creative Development & Customer Experience: Oversee the full creative lifecycle—from concept to execution. Ensure best-in-class customer experiences across market touchpoints through impactful visuals and messaging.
  • Campaign Leadership: Lead disruptive, integrated marketing campaigns across key retail and promotional periods. Drive campaign performance through creative excellence and data-driven optimization.
  • New Product Introduction (NPI): Develop and execute marketing launch strategies for new products and accessories, focusing on creativity, partner enablement, and sell-through success.

  • Agency & Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with creative and media agencies to deliver brand-consistent campaigns. Build strong relationships with internal teams, external partners, and stakeholders.
  • Executional Excellence: Manage CRM and digital campaigns to support product launches and promotions. Ensure readiness across digital shelves, paid media, and CRM activities.
  • Performance Tracking & Reporting: Measure campaign impact and deliver insights through structured post-campaign analysis. Optimize future GTM efforts based on learnings.

Required qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in partner marketing, brand marketing, or go-to-market strategy—preferably within the tech, e-commerce, or consumer electronics sectors.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
  • Strong familiarity with marketing services, retail media, and on-site merchandising tools.
  • Experience launching and scaling consumer tech products, especially smartphones or accessories, in e-commerce environments.
  • Skilled in planning and executing go-to-market strategies that align with commercial objectives across multiple EMEA markets.
  • Experienced in leading end-to-end creative development and managing high-impact, full-funnel marketing campaigns.
  • Strong collaborator with a track record of managing cross-functional teams, agencies, and strategic partners.
  • Data-driven marketer with a focus on performance optimization, campaign reporting, and insight-led decision-making.
