We are working exclusively with a leading UK-based e-commerce company seeking an experienced Product Manager to join their dynamic and talented development team. You’ll be working closely with the Director and cross-functional teams to shape and drive the product roadmap forward.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own and manage the product backlog.
• Lead specific roadmap workstreams from ideation through to production rollout.
• Identify and develop solutions to improve user experience and solve user pain points.
• Collaborate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure project goals are met.
• Act as a key liaison between development, business operations, and clients throughout the product lifecycle.

Requirements:

• Proven success as a Product Manager in the e-commerce software industry.
• Solid understanding of end-to-end transactional systems, ideally in compliance-led environments.
• Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and practices.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality products.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Creative thinker with a passion for innovation.
