Talent Pool – Health & Social Care Trainer The Role Working predominantly remotely, you will have a passion for training and mentoring others to help them reach their full potential. Some visits will be face-to-face, and you will be expected to build strong working relationships with your apprentices to help them complete their qualifications in a timely manner. Your key responsibilities are likely to include: Managing a caseload of 40 apprentices and AEB learners across the region Delivering a range of Health and Social Care qualifications (potentially up to level 5) Tailoring training solutions to ensure a positive learner experience and fostering their interest and confidence in Health and Social Care, making a real impact on those in their care Using e-portfolio systems to manage the learner journey Linking training needs to curriculum, industry, and sector developments Planning activities effectively and completing records and paperwork by deadlines Traveling to visit learners and work locations as required Maintaining flexibility to work both onsite and remotely *Please note that we may not have a position in your local area, but your details will be kept on file and we will contact you when a suitable vacancy arises.
