The predicted salary is between 43200 - 72000 £ per year.
Purpose of the role: To lead the marketing team across a range of contemporary fashion and lifestyle brands (Pretty Green, Arctic Army, A-COLD-WALL, Albam, PREVU, Velvet and Kappa), devising engaging consumer and wholesale campaigns, while leveraging press and influencer relations to grow brand visibility and achieve seasonal KPIs.
Main duties and responsibilities:
- To develop and oversee the marketing and communication strategies across a range of internal brands.
- Working with the e-commerce team to engage in effective digital strategies.
- Working with the Sales teams and commercial brand leads (internal and external) to deliver on seasonal KPIs.
- Devise communications strategies to engage press and influencers.
- Work with internal legal counsel on all contracting matters.
- Management of budgets.
- Devising creative treatments for brand activations, utilising internal and external creative resources.
- Working with collaborative partners.
- Analyse the success and failure reports of any projects and ensure proactive recommendations for improvements for future events are then implemented in the following season.
- Ensure performance metrics with relation to the brand and their marketing activity are monitored and clearly communicated back to the brand.
- Manage internal workflows between teams in relation to marketing activities.
