Contract Type – Full Time Band/Rank – Grade K Information About The Role Job advert Counter Terrorism Policing North West (CTPNW) is a key part of the UK’s national counter terrorism network. We are a five-force collaboration, working together with partners to protect the public and prevent terrorist threats. We are looking for a highly motivated Head of Protective Security to lead our regional protective security function. This is an exciting leadership opportunity role with responsibility for advising, shaping, and implementing protective security measures across our Region. You will manage a skilled team of specialists and work with a wide range of stakeholders to reduce vulnerability and strengthen resilience against terrorism by developing, maintaining and being responsible for the physical, personnel security, and STRAP regimes across the regional CTPNW estate. You will also be responsible for assuring the Head of CTPNW and the Assistant Chief Constable that all matters in relation to security and compliance are appropriately managed across the North-West.
