They’re seeking a Technology Operations Manager to lead and evolve their digital systems landscape—ensuring platforms, processes, and data work together seamlessly. This role sits at the heart of digital transformation. You’ll take ownership of the organisation’s technology stack, connecting systems across sales, operations, and service delivery to drive efficiency, automation, and better decision-making.

Working closely with internal teams, you’ll lead on CRM configuration, platform integration, digital workflows, and user adoption—playing a crucial role in supporting growth through smarter systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customise and maintain a fit-for-purpose CRM to support sales and engagement activities
  • Connect tools like CRM, email marketing, websites, finance systems, and document libraries
  • Build structures, workflows, and permissions to support collaboration and compliance
  • Ensure high performance, reliability, SEO optimisation, and support new feature rollouts
  • Identify and implement tools for project management, automation, and data handling
  • Provide training and support to non-technical teams, helping them get the best out of the tech
  • Maintain clean data, ensure security protocols, and enable insightful reporting
What You’ll Bring
  • Strong understanding of how business systems work together to support operations
  • Hands-on experience with CRM platforms, Microsoft 365 (especially SharePoint), and web CMS tools
  • Familiarity with automation platforms (e.g. Zapier, Power Automate) and basic API knowledge
