Role: Sales Consultant Hours & Contract: Full-time, Permanent Salary: £10,158.72 with on-target earnings of £15,000 (potential commission earnings) As a Sales Consultant at our Kendal store, your product knowledge and ability to engage with customers will help them find the right sleep products to ensure a perfect night\’s sleep, aided by our sleepPRO technology. We will fully train and support you to succeed, helping you understand our processes and set you up for success. Our stores are places our teams can be proud of, so you\’ll need to get involved in moving products and keeping the store tidy. Since our customers shop during evenings, weekends, and bank holidays, you\’ll have the opportunity to earn uncapped commissions, with flexibility for days off and overtime if desired. Ideal Candidate: Someone who takes pride in customer service, driven to meet targets by understanding customer needs, with confident communication skills, resilience, and resourcefulness.
