Lead PMO Analyst – Fixed Term Contract Leeds or London – Hybrid working, 2 days a week in the office Fixed Term Contract/Internal Secondment – Up to 12 months DLG is evolving. What you’ll do Reporting to the Portfolio PMO and Tooling Manager, within this role, you will support a range of planning, reporting and analysis activities to proactively aid effective management and delivery of programmes and projects. You will be assigned to programs or projects, accountabilities could include leading and/or supporting: Supporting our change management community in use/adoption of tools, processes, practices ensuring expectations of DLG Change Journey and associated Change Standards are met Financial forecasting, tracking and management 3rd party procurement and payment activities Producing, maintaining, assuring plans and dependency management Supporting the management and assurance of risks, issues, change requests. Ensuring appropriate governance is in place and that quality assurance is conducted Program / project health-checks and post-implementation reviews Producing stakeholder updates, insights and decision support material Formal governance forums, including ensuring key artefacts are produced, maintained and stored Identifying and implementing opportunities for innovation and continuous improvement Pro-actively demonstrating required behaviours in line with expectations of the role Our hybrid model offers a \’best of both worlds\’ approach.
