Customer Service Advisor
Location: Warrington (on-site)
Salary: £26,672
Shift Pattern: 8 week rotational shifts (5 days out of 7) (weekend work)
Start Date: Nov 2025
We are seeking a Customer Service Advisor to join our Warrington team. This role is ideal for a motivated individual who takes pride in delivering excellent customer service. You will act as the first point of contact for customers via live chat, telephone, and email, assisting with online account queries and ensuring every interaction is handled with professionalism and care.

Key responsibilities:
- Responding to customer enquiries across a range of digital channels
- Accurately updating records and processing account changes
- Collaborating with colleagues to resolve complex issues
- Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of products, promotions, and internal processes

- Previous experience in a customer service role (telephone or digital)
- Excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail
- Flexible approach to working rotational shifts
