Our client, a specialist financial services organisation, is seeking a dynamic Marketing Campaign Manager to join their team. This is a standalone role, ideal for a proactive, hands-on marketer who thrives in a fast-paced environment. Working in close partnership with the sales team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing campaigns that drive high-quality lead generation and support commercial growth. The successful candidate will bring a strong blend of strategic thinking and executional capability, with the ability to deliver measurable results from day one. You’ll also bring with you an established network of trusted outsourced marketing agency partners to help scale and deliver impactful campaigns.
Duties of the Marketing Campaign Manager will include:
- Turn sales-driven strategies into high-performing, lead-generating campaigns.
- Own end-to-end campaign delivery in HubSpot—build, launch, optimise, and report.
- Align marketing with business goals through close collaboration with sales, product, and leadership.
