We support various customers globally in automotive engineering and are recruiting for a Vehicle Integration System Technical Support Engineer for our UK customer.

Objectives:

  • Support the Special Vehicles teams and convertors by developing support documentation and processes for Vehicle Integration System.
  • Collaborate with engineering and Vehicle Conversion Advisory Service to assist convertors with technical questions.

Tasks:

  • Investigate and confirm how the Vehicle Integration System Logic Tool functions regarding Logic Blocks and Vehicle features, through research and validation.
  • Create customer-facing help documentation explaining the logic tool, including technical documents and videos.
  • Develop application examples to demonstrate to convertors how to utilize the tool effectively, with engineering support.
  • Collaborate with the customer’s Software and Tech Teams to integrate help info into the Logic Tool and online resources.
  • Coordinate with the VCAS team to make examples available and educate them on available resources.
  • Potentially deliver training on the Vehicle Integration System across Europe, depending on the candidate.
