Hours: 40 hours a week, 08:00am – 16:00pm, Monday to Friday. Job Type: Office based, full time, permanent role. Job Summary: We are seeking a meticulous Document Controller to join our team. The Document Controller will be responsible for managing and controlling the flow of design drawings, then reporting any changes/issues made to a particular Project coordinator or Manager. Responsibilities: Monitoring the alterations from the design team and reporting back what has changed to the team. Organizing and maintaining documents in a systematic manner. Ensuring all drawing documents are up to date and downloaded on time. Controlling the retrieval of documents when requested. Collaborating with various departments to ensure document accuracy. Implementing document management policies and procedures with a tracker. Various admin duties related to this role. Skills: Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Communicate in clear details on amendments you have found to the team. Excellent organizational skills. Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
