A well-established Single Family Office is seeking a Middle Office Operations Manager to join their investment team. The firm specialises in private equity investments across developed markets worldwide, with expertise in fund investments, co-investments, and special situations.
This is a unique opportunity to join an organisation at a pivotal growth stage. Reporting directly to the Chief Operating Officer, you will play a key role in developing and streamlining operations.
Key Responsibilities- Act as the firm’s data champion, ensuring all portfolio information is processed accurately and promptly.
- Support the investment team with detailed asset valuations and ongoing portfolio monitoring.
- Maintain and enhance data integrity across all investment platforms.
- Collaborate with fund administrators to facilitate smooth investment execution.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with custodian banks and other key third-party providers.
- Provide regular portfolio performance updates and strategic insights to the Principal.
