Learning & Development Manager , Lancashire, c£48,000 to £52,000 plus car allowance, Permanent Our client is a dynamic and forward-thinking organisation undergoing an exciting period of transformation and growth. As part of this, they are investing in organisational development and capability-building initiatives and are now seeking an experienced learning professional to lead the design and delivery of impactful leadership development programmes across the business. Reporting into the Head of Learning and Development, this role will be responsible for identifying learning needs, developing strategic solutions in line with the 70:20:10 model, and evaluating outcomes to ensure measurable impact. You’ll work closely with business leaders and stakeholders at all levels to embed a culture of continuous learning and drive capability uplift across the organisation. You will be an experienced learning and development specialist with a strong track record of managing the full learning cycle. With excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills, you’ll be comfortable operating in a fast-paced, agile environment and have a passion for creating meaningful, blended learning solutions.
