Role Description This is a full-time role for a Litigation Specialist at Abrahams Solicitors, located in Bradford. The Litigation Specialist will handle a variety of tasks, including managing civil litigation cases in Housing Disrepair matters. The role requires preparing and filing legal documents, conducting legal research, preparing trial bundles and negotiating settlement . Potential candidates will be given the opportunity to shadow counsel during trials to further develop on experience and knowledge. The Litigation Specialist will also be responsible for maintaining case files, communicating with clients, and advising them on legal matters. Qualifications Experience with Housing Disrepair cases Strong analytical and legal research skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to manage multiple cases and work independently Attention to detail and strong organizational skills Bachelor\’s degree in Law or related field; a professional legal qualification is preferred Experience in a legal firm or related setting is a plus Non-solicitor applicant\’s welcome.
