This position will suit an ambitious, career driven Accountant who is seeking autonomy and further ownership over a business region. As Management Accountant, you will be responsible for producing monthly management accounts, financial reporting and assisting in year end statutory accounts.
Our client, a medium business operating in the Technology industry are seeking a Management Accountant to join their growing team on a full time and permanent basis. They are known for their innovative products and services, and their commitment to delivering excellence in their field. This role supports a hybrid working pattern.
Management Accountant responsibilities include:
- Preparation of monthly management accounts including commentary
- Provide variance commentary and ad hoc analysis
- Balance sheet account reconciliations
- Reconciliations of multi-currency intercompany accounts
- Monthly departmental P&L & KPI reporting
- Prepare annual budgets, assists in monthly forecasting process
- Assist in the preparation of annual statutory reporting
- Partnering with department heads to provide business support
The successful Management Accountant will have/be:
- Fully Qualified (ACCA, ACA, or CIMA)
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills working with business stakeholders
- Organised with high levels of attention to detail
- Self-motivated with drive and ambition
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- Microsoft Dynamics experience is desirable
