As part of this exciting evolution, we’re hiring a Product Owner in our Digital HR team to lead the delivery and enhancement of our HR collaboration tools and platforms — including Workday and related HR tech services. What You’ll Do
- Collaborate with the Product Manager to define and execute product vision and roadmap.
- Own and manage the product backlog, ensuring alignment with business needs and user feedback.
- Lead the orchestration of new product introductions and continuous improvement of existing solutions.
- Ensure a seamless user journey and drive adoption through clear communication, training, and advocacy.
- Define service and product strategies in partnership with HR and IT stakeholders.
- Act as the voice of the user, championing improvements based on real-world feedback and performance insights.
- Liaise with 3rd party vendors and our strategic outsource partner to manage operations, service levels, and product quality.
- Support Kantar’s broader technology transformation through collaboration, governance, and thought leadership.
What You’ll Bring
- Proven experience as a Product Owner or in a similar product-focused role, ideally within HR Technology.
- Deep knowledge of Workday, especially in Compensation and HCM modules.
- Strong consulting and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage and influence at all levels.
- Experience working in agile environments, with hands-on experience defining user stories, managing backlogs, and prioritizing work.
