We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to join our optimization team, which sits within our optimization team and builds solutions to help our traders deliver in their roles. At the intersection of strategy and product management – this role will play a pivotal part in defining how we expand our optimization tools and will give the right candidate an opportunity to be involved in industry leading innovation and experimentation. Th Senior Product Manager will work with a team of data scientists, developers and fellow product managers to define and co-own the product vision and strategy around our programmatic trading optimisation suite. They will be tasked with building on our existing capabilities by identifying the optimal product expansion strategy and development plan across our platform which supports the broader MiQ managed service proposition. This is a smaller experimental team within MiQ’s central product team and you will have a unique opportunity to shape the team and its focus, with the support of our global product directors, one of whom you will report into. You will also have support from a team of talented product managers with varying degrees of experience as well as development tech leads and data science tech leads, who have already built the foundation of MiQ’s broader product portfolio. WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING: Deliver on our Roadmap An expert with agile practices and the end-to-end design, develop, deploy cycle of product management Co-lead the scoping, planning, and prototyping of our system wide features and development frameworks Measuring and reporting on success Work with our experience design and product analysts to define, collect and analyse metrics that inform the success of the product while monitoring key adoption and retention metrics use these insights to inform product delivery and shape product development strategies Strategy & Vision Co-drive and shape our unified platform product vision, through a strong understanding of upcoming marketplace changes, and collaborating with the wider central product team Followership Strong communication, collaboration and influencing skills across a range of stakeholders, departments, partners and stakeholders will help you get traction and continue to drive product success at scale. Lead & Guide Opportunity to manage a team of junior product managers as the team grows Leading growth and development while sustaining a culture of healthy debate within your team as well as across key stakeholders in the business. Ensuring the squad understands their product objectives and what success looks like for their product and roles. Innovation Lean into emerging technologies and industry changes, in collaboration with product leads to elevate the future-proofing components of the product. Human centered design Ensure an inclusive, high quality design culture is maintained in your product development by collaborating closely with the experience design team to deliver excellent user experience. YOUR QUALIFICATIONS 5+ years of advertising technology experience is essential, preferably an Agency, brand, or buy-side experience within a product management role. Trading experience is highly preferred but not essential as long as you demonstrate a strong understanding of programmatic trading. In depth knowledge of the programmatic landscape, the data and technology that underpins it. Experience working with global commercial markets A fail fast and learn mentality in experimenting with new concepts and industry opportunities.
