We have an exciting role on offer within our Finance team as a Workstream Lead. About Us We have a fantastic new opportunity for a suitably qualified Workstream Lead to work as part of our Customer Transformation Programme transforming the way the Council delivers Customer Service Solutions. We are looking for someone with a strong track record of reviewing and improving business processes and identifying opportunities to bring similar services together, preferably within a central or local government context. You will be self-motivated, energetic, flexible and resilient individual who can see the bigger picture and thrives in a rapidly changing environment. An individual who has excellent communication skills with the ability to engage with and influence others to bring them on a change journey. Working within the Council’s transformation portfolio and sitting alongside two other workstream leads (transforming Customer Access and the Customer Experience) you will work closely with internal policy and governance to review existing processes, identify obstacles, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement through process redesign across directorates. The role will identify and bring together similar business processes to create a centralised processing solution where possible. You will need to be able to work under pressure and at pace. You will also need to be able to plan and prioritise activities as well as have a strong ability to build relationships and work collaboratively as part of the team.
