Yolk Engineering is exclusively partnered with a dynamic manufacturing innovator in the recruitment of a Process Engineer to join a growing team as they continue to optimise processes and develop their best-in-class facility. You will support a product range that is varied, cutting-edge and always evolving, working closely with highly motivated people in a business known for its healthy culture, driving lean, smart manufacturing forward.
You will join a collaborative, multi-disciplinary team that offers direction, support and autonomy in line with your abilities, creating an optimised manufacturing solution for new and existing products. You will take ownership of end-to-end production projects - from defining how new products will be manufactured to building process flows, setting manning levels, and leading improvements once in operation.
This is what you will be doing as Process Engineer:
- Designing production layout and process flows
- Supporting the integration of new technologies
- Supporting new equipment sign off and creating standard work instruction
- Determining ideal production rates and resource requirements
- Leading quality improvement activity and process safety assessments
- Identifying new opportunities for manufacturing improvements
