We’re looking for a Technical Product Manager to help bridge the gap between Product Managers and Engineering Managers. This is a new role in our team, designed to translate product ideas into clear, detailed requirements that engineering can confidently deliver against.
If you love digging into the detail, thrive on structure, and want to shape the way a product and engineering team works together, we’d love to hear from you. Following a major replatforming, we’re on a journey to accelerate how we build, launch, and scale impactful experiences for our members. To do that, we’re strengthening how product and engineering build and bring to market new products and experiences.
What You’ll Do
- Work with Product Managers and Engineering Managers to translate ideas into detailed user stories, workflows, and technical requirements for engineers.
- Clarify the “what” and the “why” by ensuring developers have a clear understanding of business context, customer impact, functional and non-functional goals.
- Work with squads to drive planning and delivery, work with PMs to ensure backlogs reflect agreed priority, and ensure scope is well understood.
- Identify edge cases, integrations, and dependencies early, ask the right questions to de-risk delivery.
- Stress test the plan to make sure that we can deliver delightful experiences to our members.
- Act as the glue between Product and Engineering, surfacing gaps, improving communication, and driving consistency in ways of working.
- Collaborate on discovery activities, validating problems, mapping journeys, analysing systems and technical flows.
- Champion quality by partnering with QA and developers to ensure user stories are testable, measurable, and delivered to a high standard. Lead on UAT.
What You’ll Bring
- Experience as a Business Analyst, Technical Product Manager, or a Product Owner in a cross functional and agile environment.
- Experience working in product development teams and confidence collaborating and conversing with technical teams.
- Strong analytical mindset, technical curiosity and a focus on outcomes, to drive clarity and delivery.
- A detail-driven approach, you care about clear requirements, edge cases, and removing ambiguity.
- Structured and methodical: You bring frameworks, templates, and repeatable ways of working to support better delivery.

It’s what gets us up in the morning and pushes us to go further, think bigger, and create something that truly matters. We don’t just follow the usual path - we look for smarter, bolder ways to deliver real impact. We take ownership, move fast, and work shoulder to shoulder to build something special.
We’re committed to building a diverse and inclusive team where everyone feels they belong. Different perspectives and experiences help us grow, innovate, and better reflect the communities we serve.
We promote hybrid working, and value in-person collaboration so encourage time in our offices, where you can make the most of our fully stocked snack drawers – either the HQ in Leicestershire, or London, Holborn office. The frequency and office location will vary depending on the role and team, we aim to be flexible, but we aren’t able to offer fully remote working.
