Your day to day
- Meet and greet supporters at the Stadium on matchdays, helping them find their way around St. James’ Park.
- Provide accurate information in a helpful and polite manner to ensure supporters have the best possible matchday.
- Direct supporters to the relevant stands and turnstiles, helping them to find their seats and other facilities within the venue.
- Provide information on local amenities such as public transport, toilets, cash machines etc.
About you
- Experience in a customer facing role.
- Experience dealing with customer enquiries.
- Ability to communicate effectively within a large, diverse audience.
- Passionate for NUFC and the local community.
