Your day to day

  • Meet and greet supporters at the Stadium on matchdays, helping them find their way around St. James’ Park.
  • Provide accurate information in a helpful and polite manner to ensure supporters have the best possible matchday.
  • Direct supporters to the relevant stands and turnstiles, helping them to find their seats and other facilities within the venue.
  • Provide information on local amenities such as public transport, toilets, cash machines etc.

About you

  • Experience in a customer facing role.
  • Experience dealing with customer enquiries.
  • Ability to communicate effectively within a large, diverse audience.
  • Passionate for NUFC and the local community.
