This is an opportunity to join a growing international company that has been established for over 20 years. You will be working within regulatory and transformation programmes. Responsibilities You will play a pivotal role in aligning business goals with effective technology solutions. You’ll act as a key liaison between stakeholders across all levels of the organization, translating business needs into clear, actionable requirements. You’ll lead critical initiatives and mentor Business Analysts and Junior Business Analysts. Your core responsibilities include identifying opportunities for process optimization, analyzing and documenting business requirements, and ensuring the successful delivery of technology solutions that meet strategic objectives. Qualifications Experience as a Senior Business Analyst with ETRM knowledge. Ability to advise, guide, and promote adoption of methods and tools among stakeholders, ensuring adherence to policies and standards. Experience in planning, scoping, requirements definition, and prioritization for large, complex initiatives. In-depth knowledge of industry-wide modeling techniques.
