Roles And Responsibilities
- Coordinate with site PMs, Qs, and Designers to agree on call-offs, delivery dates, and budgets.
- Manage draftsmen producing and nesting files for production.
- Arrange sequencing of call-offs (design and finished product) for the entire lifespan of live jobs.
- Process and coordinate quotes from different entities.
- Coordinate and report issuing dates of drawings versus site programs.
- Document variations and movements of program dates.
- Participate in meetings with group and internal companies to discuss project details.
Desirable Criteria
Qualifications: Mid/Senior project coordinator experience in the GRC/Precast business, or an M.Sc. level qualification or above, preferably in construction, physics, or engineering.
Key Skills: Experience with Microsoft Project (essential), technical mindset with high attention to detail, excellent verbal and written communication skills (essential), reliability, ability to work independently and in teams, ability to read technical drawings, and intermediate Microsoft Excel skills.
