Escape is recruiting for a newly created Production Planner position with a world-class Contract Development and Manufacturing Organisation. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a collaborative and forward-thinking team, reporting directly to the Operations Director.
In this role, you would be responsible for creating and managing the production plan, analysing customer orders and forecasts, aligning them with capacity and resource availability and working closely with teams across production, materials, and logistics.
Strong Excel skills and experience with ERP systems (ideally Oracle NetSuite) will be key, along with a proactive mindset and confidence in working with data. The business is also looking for someone who can champion best practices and drive continuous improvement.
You will have experience working in a similar Production Planning role and have a good understanding of Supply Chain Practices. You will have a strong analytical approach to problem-solving and a high level of attention to detail. You will also be a strong communicator who can work closely with colleagues.
