Office Angels Glasgow have a great new opportunity for an experienced and versatile Administrator to join our client's dynamic administration team on a temporary basis. We're seeking a proactive individual with a solid background in administration and a positive, can-do attitude who thrives in a fast-paced team environment.
As an Administrative Assistant, your role will be to support the day-to-day operations of the team by managing administrative tasks efficiently and accurately. This includes handling correspondence, scheduling meetings, maintaining diaries, greeting visitors, and ensuring smooth communication across departments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitoring the email inbox and sending professional emails.
- Take incoming calls and direct them accordingly.
- Managing and updating databases.
- Support with everyday administrative tasks throughout the office.
- Coordinating meetings.
- Scheduling appointments and managing calendars.
- Manage and schedule appointments in the diary.
