Responsibilities:
- Planning FCST: Collaborated with cross-functional teams to sustain accurate item-level forecasts, optimized production schedules in Production Planning, and maintained accurate data in the supply chain and forecasting systems. Monitoring monthly 401 revenue progress.
- Order Fulfillment: Master end to end order fulfillment, including PO register, PO review, PO book, cleaning condition, PO release and shipment.
- Transportation Logistics: Oversee transportation logistics, including selecting carriers, negotiating contracts, and monitoring customs process and shipment schedules for on-time delivery.
- Inventory Control and Warehouse Management: Monitor and manage inventory levels, conducting regular warehouse stocktaking audits, and implementing strategies to minimize stockouts and overstock situations. Ensure daily order clearance and settlement in e-commerce warehouse.
- Documentation and Compliance: Prepare and maintain accurate records, including shipping documentation, customs paperwork, and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and trade laws.
- Vendor Coordination: Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely and cost-effective procurement of materials and products.
- Cost Analysis: Analyze logistics costs, identify cost-saving opportunities, and implement process improvements to optimize the logistics budget.
- Quality Control: Maintain and uphold quality standards during transportation and storage of goods, ensuring products meet the required specifications.
- Problem Solving: Proactively address logistics-related issues, such as delays, damaged goods, or supply chain disruptions, insurance claiming and develop effective solutions.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborated with cross-functional teams to sustain accurate item-level forecasts, optimized production schedules in Production Planning, and maintained accurate data in the supply chain and forecasting systems.
- Supply Chain Management: Develop and implement effective supply chain strategies to meet the customers and business objectives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field OR equivalent work experience.
- Proven experience in logistics and supply chain management, preferably in Consumer Electronics Industry.
- Strong understanding of supply chain processes, transportation logistics, and inventory and warehouse management.
- Proficiency in logistics software and tools, including ERP systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical abilities.
- Fluency in English and Chinese.
- Familiarity with international trade regulations and customs procedures is a plus.
