Due to a period of significant growth, a great new role has come up as a Management Accountant! This position will look after day-to-day management, preparation of financial statements, budgets, forecasts, and the development and maintenance of financial controls. Moreover, the successful applicant will play a key role in advising senior leadership on any financial decisions providing insight on growth and profitability for the business. Role Manage core financial operations, including the general ledger, fixed assets, and inter company transactions. Enhance financial systems and controls, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance across all processes. Prepare and analyze financial reports, including budgets, forecasts, and statutory accounts, to support strategic planning. Lead payroll and tax compliance, overseeing payroll coordination with third parties and managing submissions for VAT, Corporation Tax, and Intrastat (ROI & UK). Coordinate statutory reporting, ensuring timely submissions to regulatory bodies such as Companies House, the Department of Finance, and The Pensions Regulator. Support month-end and year-end close, audit processes, and internal reporting to ensure timely and accurate financial outcomes. Financial analysis providing insights, advising senior leadership on financial decisions that drive business growth. Collaborate with the Group Financial Controller, contributing to business strategy, financial projects, and ongoing compliance initiatives. Criteria Qualified Accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA or equivalent) with a year of relevant experience, preferably within industry. Experience with accounting software ( SAGE).
